I'd like thier mango jelly! It’s very delicious!
I went to Kung Fu Tea to get 3 drinks. I waited 15-20 mins for it.... Also, when I was giving out the drinks to my family, one of the drinks (mango slush) exploded in my family’s car. It’s not a great day for me.... I got the pina colada slushy and it tasted like pineapples and then straight up sugar. For me, the place is not efficient and the drinks are alright, not the best. I went to this place because it was one of the options that was near my location. I regret it now. I do not recommend this place. Gong cha has better drink options.
Sweet tea place lots of flavors.
They were rushing us so we got the wrong order. The cashier looked like she was clueless, the guy in the back rushed us when we were giving the order. These people are rude and need to do a better job. Never going there again. Get another cashier!
Best boba I've ever had
I've always loved kung fu tea. It's always held a special place in my heart since my best friend used to work in one of their locations and I'd hang out and drink bubble tea all the time. They have excellent bubble tea and many tasty choices. Only reason I couldnt give 5 stars is the pricing. I remember paying $5 for a large bubble tea was the norm. But recently when I ordered a large bubble tea was around $6.50. It was just way more than I expected , so I might take a mini break from bubble tea now.
Kung fu tea is really the standard of how bubble tea should be. Easy to see right off of Canal Street servicing Chinatown and the adjoining areas of Manhattan. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Clean facilities. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.
bubbles just stuck together. Cannot even taste the tea.
I always love Kung Fu Tea. The experience has always been great. But this time, there’s a piece of green plastic in my hot drink. The staff should really pay attention to the cleanliness of their workplace.
Fantastic placeQuickEasyFunSee how bubble tea is made!!Fantastic flavors2
One of my favorite bubble tea chains. Great taste!
Very VERY small KungFuTea, nowhere to sit and no where to really enjoy the tea, expect to spend over $4 dollars for some boba tea. Of course the boba tea is good, just not kuch of an environment to enjoy it in.
This place was great! The drink is an acquired taste but the experience in Korea town was worth it! Do it!
Amazing place!! You need to stop here to get a bubble tea if you're in Chinatown. We had the honor of being here fore Chinese New Year and the area was a madhouse. Even with all the crowds we still were able to get out drink in less than 5 minutes.
They need to correct the outdoor sign. It says it opens at 10am and there’s even a open sign on the door and yet the door is closed. Besides that the tea and bubbles are great.
I ordered a Matcha Slush. I got a cup of green ice with no flavor. Be sure to check your drinks before you leave! I was too far away to double back. New employee didn't make my drink properly and he had a recipe to follow in his hand. I was cheated. Walk to the store near Grand st. It's always great.
Best place in NYC for boba tea. Iced passion fruit tea with triple shot of lychee jelly and double tapioca balls please! My wife also likes hers iced with double tapioca balls. They're fast and always willing to customize your drinks per your request. Everytime I'm in NYC this is the first and last place I visit. If you like Boba Tea you won't be disappointed.
Ordered large size but got a regular size in large cup lol. One star.
Good bubble tea, terrible service. They can’t seem to keep orders in order resulting in long wait times. I suggest going to a different location. Also, ordered a slush, that was barely slushy. 2nd bad experience in a row.
I had the red bean milk tea which was good, not too sweet and good amount of red beans.
Very small place so it gets crowded when busy but overall great drinks, souvenirs, and treats
As a long-time fan of Kung Fu Tea and bubble to in general, I'm very sad to leave this review. However, I visited the Centre St. location in China Town this evening and witnessed the cashier order one of his coworkers - who was at the time on his hands and knees cleaning the store's ice machine and the area around the floor - to clean my cup with the same dirty rag that was cleaning dirty machinery and the floor. The coworker hesitated as he knew it was not right, but finally gave in to the cashier's persistent instruction. The cashier who shall not be named then tried to hand the cup to me. I said "absolutely not." They remade my order - which was wrong - and did not offer much of an apology until I suggested that that sort of practice was completely unsanitary and disgusting, and also informed them that the NYC Dept. of Health would probably also frown on that sort of carelessness if they were to be inspected.
2/2419 4pm. There’s a girl that works during that shift. Circle glasses frame. She is super rude. I personally love KungFu Tea...but this place, would definitely think twice about coming here since there are plenty of other bubble tea places to go to. Idk why the management team hire/keep someone like her.
To use your card your order must be $10 minimum. For two people, that was no problem! The staff was fast and efficient, the drinks were delicious, and the boba was chewy and delicious.
Good place for tea but they need to simplify their menu. We couldn't decide what to get because there are so many menu items plus specials advertised everywhere.
I love Kung Fu Tea and would give this an extra star in terms of the quality and variety of drinks they have but this particular location is tiny and tends to build up a line fairly quickly so you can always expect a wait here. This location is set up more to order on the go. Just wish service was a little quicker.
Always a good experience when I go here. Drinks always good
The worst bubble tea. They use way too much sugar. The tapiocas are also packed with sugar. No balance. It’s like drinking diabetes through a fat straw. I threw my Taro bubble tea into the trash right after first drink. Service is also terrible. They don’t know what they’re doing. Go there is you want to be ignored and waste money.
Love honey lemonade tea
Good place to have fun!
Nice one to just try. Tea with ll sorts off additions. We tried the bubbles wich is a bit strange but fun also
the workers were nice and were apologetic when they didn't have something we wanted :^) also to the tall, male worker with the bt21 shirt who was working 8/28, 14:49, you're really coooool
I asked specifically if they had a brown sugar milk tea, the man at the counter said yes, I asked again if it had tea, he asked if I wanted no tea, I said I wanted tea, and paid for a large one. I didn’t receive a receipt until I got my ‘tea’ which was just sugar and milk. I asked to change it and he refused and I had to pay for another. Rude and inconsiderate staff. 9/9/19 3pm.
Best bubble tea ever. Great staff.
Large restaurant / morning tea, snacks, cheap, good things, night market, party, companion, party o
Best bubble tea in town!
Fast service, clean counters, nice staff. Only issue being such a small space, if there are more than 3 people waiting, you're rubbing shoulders with everyone coming in and out. The staff do their best to get you in and our quickly, and they always get the orders right, kudos to them!
Very good tea mixed drinks good flavor nice and cold when you need relief from the heat wave
Green tea with milk bubble tea! =) Not a fan of milk? Get the regular jasmine bubble tea! The tea here is on the sweet side, so for all of you sugar lovers, this is the place for you! Hoards of bubble tea fanatics frequent this popular and convenient spot located across the street from the N and 6 trains. Grab a stool while you wait for your order.
Great place for bubble tea. I haven’t been disappointed here yet!
Interior design: 7/10 ( typical bubble tea spot) Customer service: 9/10 Food: 10/10 Price: 7/10 This is where I first had my hot taro milk bubble tea and it was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and pretty clean inside. I would recommend people try what I had. Please like the review if it was helpful 😁
I like this place but i find that all the stores have a different price.. it is tourist prices here
Got the taro milk tea - it was ok. A little too sweet even though I asked for 0 sugar (because the taro mix they use is pre-sweetened)
Came here at 9:20pm to get drinks since the store says it closes at 10pm. The cashier rudely stuck her hand out saying “closed” when a couple who stepped inside a second before me were greeted nicely and asked if they wanted anything repeatedly.
Love this place, everything is cool here. Especially iced coffee
Place is clean, the people are friendly and the chicken is to die for. Second time coming and it hasn't disappointed
their bubbles are so hard that I couldnt chew and bubbles are getting less and less
Oolong milk tea is good but the boba is just so-so.
Solid drinks. Cashier that rung me up though was rude for no apparent reason though. Decided to make fun of me for using the word can. Despite no negative interactions prior
Their bubble teas are really good. Place is relatively small when it gets busy.
